  • We take the guesswork out of your training - no more ‘making sessions up week to week’, online template programs or generic percentage based programming.

    All our programming is personally written by our coach to cater for you as an athlete.

    Our programs begin with a longer term ‘macro-cycle’ plan & then we tailor all the exercises, load prescriptions, sets & reps to get the most out of each session, each week & each training cycle.

  • The real coaching comes from the communication between coach & client.

    With our online coaching service, you’ll have direct messaging between you & your coach with a maximum 48 hour reply time for us to provide feedback on your training, your footage & to answer any questions that you may have along the way.

  • The biggest killer of progress with more experienced powerlifters is that they're trying to conform to a technique standard that wasn't build for them - based off a cookie cutter approach to lifting technique.

    When you work with us, we'll find the technique that best suits you & how your body naturally wants to produce force.

  • If you sign up with us for coaching & your intention is to compete in a strength sport like powerlifting - all your training will be tailored so that you peak when it counts. On the platform!

    This includes ongoing assessment of your numbers & training footage to proactively manage stress & fatigue.

    Then when it comes to competition time - you’ll walk into your weigh ins, armed with your warm up plan, your attempt selections & with a refeed/rehydration strategy to ensure that you perform.

  • Whether your goal is to get build muscle, get leaner or to change weight class; we offer nutrition coaching as a part of our staple service because we understand the importance of nutrition for athletes.

  • Whilst the majority of the team do not take PEDs - we respect that powerlifting is a sport with untested federations & we work closely with all enhanced clients to make sure they're reaching their goals whilst preserving health as much as possible.

    For those athletes to compete in tested sports or tested federations, we can provide over the counter supplement protocols to keep you healthy & performing at your best.
